Vullnet Xhevat Basha (born 11 July 1990) is an Albanian professional footballer who plays for Spanish club SD Ponferradina as a midfielder.
Basha represented Switzerland at the 2009 UEFA European Under-19 Football Championship.
On 25 April 2013, Basha declared that he will follow the example of his older brother, Migjen Basha, and play for Albania, since he is liked by coach Gianni de Biasi.[1]
On 24 May 2013, Basha received the Albanian citizenship among 4 fellow Albanian international players Azdren Llullaku, Jurgen Gjasula, Amir Abrashi and Ilir Berisha.[2] He played in his first match for Albania against Armenia in an international friendly on 14 August 2013.
