WBVE is a classic rock music formatted radio station in the Bedford, Pennsylvania, market. The station is owned by Cessna Communications, Inc.

The station's initial construction permit was granted on December 18, 1987, with the callsign WAYC-FM.[1] The new station broadcast for the first time on February 1, 1988 with a Top 40 format. On September 1, 1994, the station flipped to a country music format as WWCW-FM.[2] The station changed to its current classic rock format and WBVE callsign on September 15, 2000.[3]

The station picks up programming from Dial Global's Classic Rock network. Before Dial's purchase of Jones Radio Networks in 2008, WBVE took Dial's Adult Rock and Roll.
