WLTF
WLTF (97.5 FM) is an American radio station licensed to serve the community of Martinsburg, West Virginia. It broadcasts an Adult Contemporary format to the Four-State Region. WLTF is owned and operated by West Virginia Radio Corporation of the Alleghenies.
Broadcasts and coverage
The station plays an Adult Contemporary music format from January through Mid-November, then an all-Christmas music format is played on the station from mid-November through December 26 each year.
Its signal reaches east into Washington, DC, south to Luray, Virginia, west into Grantsville, Maryland, and north into Altoona, Pennsylvania, effectively covering the "Four State Area."
Sale
On October 31, 2014, Prettyman Broadcasting announced the sale of WLTF to West Virginia Radio Corporation (WVRC) for an unknown sum.[1] Included in the same are sister stations WEPM and WICL.[1] WVRC assumed control of the stations, through a Local marketing agreement, on November 1.[1] The purchase was consummated on February 13, 2015, at a price of $3 million.
