WTRM is a Religious Talk formatted broadcast radio station licensed to Winchester, Virginia, serving the Northern Shenandoah Valley. WTRM is owned and operated by the American Family Association.[1]

Sale
In February 2013, Timber Ridge Ministries sold WTRM to the American Family Association for $1.1 million.[4][5][6] The sale was approved by the Federal Communications Commission (FCC) on March 28, 2013[7] and was closed on April 11, 2013.[8] At 8:30pm on April 11, 2013, WTRM officially switched to American Family Radio, while "Southern Light" programming remained online-only, on a Timber Ridge Ministries owned website.
