Wayne is an unincorporated community located in the town of Wayne, Washington County, Wisconsin, United States.[1]
Geography
Wayne consists of a small area around the intersection of Washington County Highways W and H. Campbellsport is north of Wayne and Kewaskum is east. Interstate 41 runs north-south about a mile to the west of Wayne, and the Theresa Marsh State Wildlife Refuge is just west of the interstate highway. Theresa is the nearest community to the west.[2]
Education
Wayne Elementary School, part of the Kewaskum School District, lies in the community of Wayne.[3]
