Hulshout (Dutch pronunciation: [ˈɦɵlsɦʌut]) is a municipality located in the Belgian province of Antwerp. The municipality comprises the towns of Houtvenne, Hulshout proper and Westmeerbeek. On January 1, 2006, Hulshout had a total population of 9,167. The total area is 17.35 km² which gives a population density of 528 inhabitants per km².
