Restaurant Wilgenplas was a restaurant located in Maarssen, in the Netherlands. It was a fine dining restaurant that was awarded one Michelin star in the periods 1972-1973 and 1988-2000.[5][4][6][7][3][8][9][10]
During the second star-period, head chef was Henny van der Veer[3]
Restaurant De Wilgenplas closed down in 2000, due to bankruptcy.[2]
At present, restaurant De Heeren van Maarssen is located here.[11]
