Willisville is an unincorporated community in southwestern Loudoun County, Virginia. Willisville is located at the crossroads of Willisville, Millville, and Welbourne Roads. Willisville is of being one of the last communities in Virginia without running water.[1] This old African American community maintains a tight knit family atmosphere as well, despite the need to use outhouses and wells.
