Xactly Corp was created on March 1, 2005 by Founder and CEO Christopher W. Cabrera, and Managing Director Satish K. Palvai. The company is headquartered in San Jose, California. The first hire was Desta Buchowski, VP of Products, and initial funding came from Rembrandt and Bay Partners.
