Yên Thành is a rural district of Nghe An province, in the North Central Coast region of Vietnam. As of 2008, the district had a population of 275,165.[1] The district covers an area of 549 km². The district capital lies at Yen Thanh.[1]
Geography
Yen Thanh is a land midland half mountain, half plain. Northern border districts of Tan Ky, Quynh Luu, Dien Chau; east Dien Chau District; southeast district bordering Nghi Loc, south district Do Luong, the west district of Tan Ky .
