Yangikurgan (Uzbek: Yangiqoʻrgʻon) is an urban-type settlement and the administrative center of Yangikurgan District, Namangan Region, Uzbekistan.[1] Population: 11,651 (1989 census).[2]
Yangikurgan is located about 10 kilometres (6.2 mi) north of the city of Namangan. It is connected by roads with Namangan and Chartak.
