United Revolutionary Front of East Turkestan

The United Revolutionary Front of East Turkestan (Chinese: 東突厥斯坦聯合革命陣線) was an armed separatist group in Xinjiang, that participated in the Xinjiang conflict. The group was supported by the Soviet Union against the People's Republic of China.[1]

The group was led by Yusupbek Mukhlisi, whom in the 1990s, made controversial claims about violent insurrections in Xinjiang, and the ethnic composition of the Xinjiang region.[2]
