Zenbei Mizoguchi (溝口 善兵衛 Mizoguchi Zenbei, born January 20, 1946) is the governor of Shimane Prefecture in Japan, first elected in 2007. He is a graduate of the University of Tokyo and former official of the Ministry of Finance.
