Zoo Tycoon Friends was a free-to-play business simulation developed by Behaviour Interactive and published by Microsoft Studios in October 2014.[1]
Servers for the game were shut down in April 2015 due to technical issues.[2]
Gameplay
Zoo Tycoon Friends included over 40 unique species for players to adopt and care for. The zoo itself was able to be planned out, with players able to construct habitats for animals as well as concession stands, roads and decorations to keep visitors happy.
The player was encouraged to feed, heal, and play with animals to discover their unique personalities, as well as nurturing baby animals and helping them grow into adults. They could then visit their friends' zoos to help them care for their animals.[3]
