Újezd u Chocně (German: Aujezd) is a village and municipality (obec) in the Ústí nad Orlicí District, Pardubice Region of the Czech Republic.
The municipality covers an area of 16.34 square kilometres (6.31 sq mi), and had a population of 305 (as of 3 July 2006).
Újezd u Chocně lies approximately 18 kilometres (11 mi) west of Ústí nad Orlicí, 28 km (17 mi) east of Pardubice, and 125 km (78 mi) east of Prague.
