Mostek is a village and municipality (obec) in the Ústí nad Orlicí District, Pardubice Region of the Czech Republic.
The municipality covers an area of 4.68 square kilometres (1.81 sq mi), and had a population of 237 (as at 3 July 2006).
Mostek lies approximately 11 kilometres (7 mi) north-west of Ústí nad Orlicí, 35 km (22 mi) east of Pardubice, and 133 km (83 mi) east of Prague.
