1956 United States men's Olympic basketball team

The 1956 United States men's Olympic basketball team competed in the 1956 Summer Olympics in Melbourne, Australia from November 22 to December 1, 1956. The team was led by Bill Russell who averaged 14.1 points per game. Team USA would win the Olympic Gold medal once again by beating their opponents by an average of 53.5 points.
