The 1962 Orange Bowl was a post-season college football bowl game played January 1, 1962 on between the LSU Tigers of the Southeastern Conference and the Colorado Buffaloes of the Big 7 Conference . It was the final game of the 1961 season for both teams, LSU won 25–7. [1]
