1964–65 Inter Milan season
1965 was an historical year for Inter Milan who resulted winning in Serie A, Europe and Intercontinental Cup: in domestic league, Internazionale made a comeback over Milan and coming first. The European title was retained beating Benfica in Milan, by Jair's goal; Intercontinental Cup was gained after two matches and a tie breaker against Independiente: defeated in Avellaneda, Inter won at home and in Madrid at extra time.
