The 1991–92 Cleveland Cavaliers season was the 22nd season of NBA basketball in Cleveland, Ohio. The Cavaliers finished the season with a 57-25 record, finishing 2nd in the Central Division, and tying the franchise high set in the 1988-89 season. Mark Price and Brad Daugherty were selected for the 1992 NBA All-Star Game and named to the All-NBA 3rd team. In the first round of the playoffs, the Cavaliers defeated the New Jersey Nets in the four games, then in the semifinals defeated the Boston Celtics in a full seven game series. However, they would lose to the Chicago Bulls four games to two in the Eastern Conference Finals.
