The 2009 Eusébio Cup was the 2nd edition of the Eusébio Cup. It was won by Benfica, the host of the tournament with a win against Milan. In this issue, the host Benfica won for the first time the tournament by beating Italian club on penalties (5-4) after a tie to a ball at the end of 90 minutes
