The Dnipro 2012-13 season is Dnipro's twentysecond Ukrainian Premier League season, and their third season under manager Juande Ramos. They finished the season in 4th place, whilst also reaching the Semifinal of the Ukrainian Cup and the Last 32 of the UEFA Europa League where they were eliminated by Basel.

1 Tavria Simferopol were deducted 3 points for non compliance with contractual agreements with player agents.[4]
2 Kryvbas Kryvyi Rih were denied a license for the 2013–14 season due to financial problems and were expelled.[5]
3Both Hoverla Uzhhorod and Metalurh Zaporizhya were to be relegated from the Premier League. Number of clubs refused promotion leaving two vacant positions which were awarded to the relegating clubs.[6][7][8]
