The 2013–14 CS Mindelense season were in the island and top division of Cape Verdean football. They would be placed second in the island. As they were the 2013 national league winners, they would participate and claim the nation's 9th title.[1]

The club scored a total of 51 goals. Of which 37 was scored in the São Vicente League and in the national championships, 9 in the regular season and 5 in the playoffs. Their total points was 31 for the island and 12 in the national championships.

São Vicente Island League

The 2013-14 season would start being second, the remainder of the season would be at an unbeatable first place until the last week when Derby took the lead and won the island championship and instead received second place. As they were the 2013 national league winners, the team achieved entry into the national level.

The club had their four-week winning streak and winning against Batuque, Castilho, Ribeira Bote and Falcões in the first four matches. Their second match would have the highest number of goals scored by the away team in the season. They lost the fifth match to Amarantes but defeated Ponta d'Pom with five goals in their sixth match. Only one match ended in a draw with Derby on February 2. The club had their two match winning streak with Batuque and Castilho, then their loss to Ribeira Bote and again a three match winning streak with Amarante and Ponta d'Pom. The final match was lost to Derby.

Cape Verdean National League

As they were the 2013 national winners, the club achieved automatic entry and would go ahead to claim the country's 10th title.

All first three matches ended in victory. Their fourth match was lost to Académica do Fogo and ranked second in the group. The final match was played against SC Verdun from Sal Island and would be victorious and regained its first position place of the group ahead only by a single point.

They did not participate in the CAF Champions League.

Playoffs

The club advanced into the playoffs, in the semis, the first match was scoreless, Mindelense won the second match by 3-0 over Académica do Porto Novo. In the finals, Mindelense challenged Académica do Fogo, they beat them 1-2 in the first match, the second match was scoreless and would win the country's 10th title and their second in a row.[2]
