The 2013-14 São Vicente Island League season was the 76th (38th since independence) of the competition of the second and third tier football in the island of São Vicente, Cape Verde. Its started on 7 December 2013 and finished on 30 March 2014. The tournament was organized by the São Vicente Regional Football Association (Associação Regional de São Vicente de Futebol, ARSVF).[1] FC Derby won the 9th title.

CS Mindelense was the defending team of the title. A total of 14 clubs participated in the competition, 8 in the Premier Division and 6 in the Second Division.
