The 2015 National Futsal League will be the ninth season of the National Futsal League, the Malaysian professional futsal league for association football clubs, since its establishment in 2004. FELDA United FC are the defending champions, having won their first title in the 2013-14 season.

Teams

A total of 12 teams will be contesting the league, the same 12 sides from the 2013-14 season.

Sabah FA and PBSMM were relegated to the Second Division after finishing in 13th and 14th position in the 2013-14 National Futsal League. While Negeri Sembilan FA and Perlis FA will be contesting in the Second Division qualifying playoff after finishing in the bottom two positions of the 2013-14 National Futsal League.
