The 2016 Kazakhstan Cup is the 25th season of the Kazakhstan Cup, the annual nationwide football cup competition of Kazakhstan since the independence of the country. The competition began on 21 March 2016 and will end with the final in November 2016. Kairat are the defending champions, having won their second cup in the 2015 competition.

The winner of the competition will qualify for the first qualifying round of the 2017–18 UEFA Europa League.
