Notes:
- ↑ Since both finalists of the 2015–16 Cypriot Cup (Apollon Limassol and Omonia) are currently in top four, the fourth-placed team currently qualifies for at least Europa League first qualifying round. This because if one of the top three teams would win the cup, their spot in first qualifying round would be given to the fourth-placed team. The winners of the cup will qualify for Europa League second qualifying round.
