A&G Modes Co., Ltd. (Hangul:주식회사 에이앤지모즈 or (주)에이앤지모즈) is a South Korean music distribution company, subsidiary of Korean internet content company Plantynet.

The company's name and corporate identity was inspired by Aesop's fable The Ant and the Grasshopper.[1][2]

History[3]

A&G Modes was founded in August 2008, with its first release being the project album "Winter & Color".

In September 2009, it was acquired by Plantynet. It rose to popularity through the release of JYJ's debut Korean album "In Heaven".
