The Assembly of the Republic of Macedonia is the parliament of the Republic of Macedonia. The Assembly (Собрание, Sobranie) consists of 123 members, elected for four-year terms by proportional representation from 6 electoral districts, each contributing 20 MPs, and 3 reserved seats elected from the Macedonian diaspora.

2011 Election Result
Voter turnout was 63,48%. 7,851 accredited observers monitored the election, including representatives from the Organization for Security and Co-operation in Europe, ODIHR, and others.[1] The election went smoothly and without incidents.
Only five parties and coalitions, of the 18 listed on the ballots, won parliamentary seats. Several parties that were represented in the previous parliaments didn't win any seats, including VMRO-NP, LDP, and others.[2]
