Athota is a village in Guntur district of the Indian state of Andhra Pradesh. It is located in Kollipara mandal of Tenali revenue division.[2] Athota having official Facebook page. It is maintenance by Bollimuntha Ravi Teja and yarra Venkatesh.

Athota is located at 16.2910°N 80.6816°E and near to Tenali town.
Demographics
Athota' is a large village located in Kollipara of Guntur district, Andhra Pradesh with total 1,723 families residing. The Athota village has population of 5,628 of which 2,793 are males while 2,835 are females as per Population Census of India.[3] In Athota village population of children with age 0-6 is 511 which makes up 9.08% of total population of village. Zilla Parishad High School (Z.P.High School), Athota is a Co-education. It is affiliated with Andhra Pradesh Board of Secondary Education (BSEAP). Z.P.High School is a higher secondary Education. Telugu and English are the medium of instructions in this school.Z.P.High School timing follows the usual 09:00 A.M to 04:00 P.M. timetable.overall development of the students by balancing academics, extra curricular activities, sports .
