Vaddamanu is a village in Guntur district of the Indian state of Andhra Pradesh. It is located at a distance of 7 km from Krishna River in Thullur mandal of Guntur revenue division.[2] The village is a part of the new capital, Amaravati.[3]
Demographics
As of 2011 Census of India, the town had a population of 2,716, of which males are 1,347, females are 1,369 and the population under 6 years of age are 258. The average literacy rate stands at 59.89 percent, with 1,613 literates.[2]
