Balcarzowice ([balt͡saʐɔˈvit͡sɛ]; German: Balzarowitz) is a village in the administrative district of Gmina Ujazd, within Strzelce County, Opole Voivodeship, in south-western Poland.[1] It lies approximately 9 kilometres (6 mi) north of Ujazd, 7 km (4 mi) south-east of Strzelce Opolskie, and 38 km (24 mi) south-east of the regional capital Opole.
Before 1945 the area was part of Germany (see Territorial changes of Poland after World War II).
The village has an approximate population of 250.
