Baranivka Raion (Ukrainian: Баранівський район) is a raion (district) of Zhytomyr Oblast, northern Ukraine. Its administrative centre is located at the town of Baranivka. The raion covers an area of 1,000 square kilometres (390 sq mi). Population: 41,445 (2013 est.)[1]
