Luhyny Raion (Ukrainian: Лугинський район) is a raion (district) of Zhytomyr Oblast, northern Ukraine. Its administrative centre is located at Luhyny. The raion covers an area of 994 square kilometres (384 sq mi). Population: 17,161 (2013 est.)[1]
