Ovrutskyi Raion (Ukrainian: Овруцький район) is a raion (district) of Zhytomyr Oblast, northern Ukraine. Its administrative centre is located at Ovruch. The raion covers an area of 3,222 square kilometres (1,244 sq mi). Population: 58,809 (2013 est.)[1]
