Beau M. Billingslea (born December 21, 1953) is an American actor and voice actor, known as the voice of Jet Black in the popular anime Cowboy Bebop. In addition to voice acting, He appeared in many popular TV series as a prolific guest actor. Before he got into entertainment, he played football at the University of Connecticut.
Personal life
After completing law school, Billingslea became an officer in the United States Army's Judge Advocate General's Corps. He left the military with the rank of Captain.
His son is an attorney and his daughter is a certified accountant.
