Former anchors
- Robinson's (Becoming Lowe's)
- Sears (Originally Simpsons-Sears; Currently Hudson's Bay)
- Eaton's (Lower level converted into a food court with and Old Navy; Upper level currently GoodLife Fitness)
- Dominion (Later the previous food court and the BiWay; Currently HomeSense.
- Kmart (Currently Canadian Tire)
- A&P (Adjoining Kmart expanded into former A&P)
- Famous Players (Closed late 1990s; Currently Sport Chek)
When the Hudson's Bay Company decided to convert all of their Simpson's stores to Bay stores, the local result would have been two Bay stores in the nearby Mapleview Centre, so Sears moved from Burlington Mall to one of the Bay locations at Mapleview Centre, and The Bay took over the old Sears location. At one time, on one side of the mall there was a RadioShack and on the other side of the mall was The Source. This was a few years after RadioShack ceased operations in Canada.
