Caesar cut

Arab pop singer Kathem Al Saher had the Caesar haircut since the late 90s.

The Caesar cut is a hairstyle with a short, horizontally straight cut fringe. The hair is layered to around 2–5 cm (1-2 inches) all over. It is named after Julius Caesar, whose images frequently depict him wearing his hair in such a manner. This haircut was in fashion among Western boys and men in the 1990s.
