Carrières-sur-Seine is a commune in the Yvelines department in the Île-de-France region in north-central France.
The inhabitants of the town of Carrières-sur-Seine are called Carillons (masculine plural) or Carillonnes (feminine plural), which translate into "Chimes" and "Ringing," respectively.[1]
