In 1937, the school college was moved to Danzhishi, Chungking due to the outbreak of Second Sino-Japanese War. After the winning of Second Sino-Japanese War by National Revolutionary Army in 1945, the college was moved back to Nanking.

Due to the Chinese Civil War in 1949, the college was moved to Canton, then Chungking, and finally Taiwan where it was consolidated with Training Course for Police Officers in Taipei.
