Meiho University (MU; Chinese: 美和科技大學) is a private university in Neipu Township, Pingtung County, Taiwan. It has nearly 8,000 students with the biggest department being nursing.
History
The university began in 1966 as Taiwan's first private nursing college. Later more departments were added, and in 2010 after the Ministry of Education approved its upgrade, the name of Meiho Institute of Technology was changed to Meiho University.[1]

Transportation
The university is accessible from Zhutian Station of the Taiwan Railways Administration. The easiest way from Kaohsiung City is to travel to Pingtung City train station and then take a bus or a taxi to Neipu. Meiho University is located on Highway 1.
