Cheltenham Borough Council election, 2012
The 2012 Cheltenham Council election took place on 3 May 2012 to elect members of Cheltenham Borough Council in Gloucestershire, England. Half of the council was up for election and the Liberal Democrats stayed in overall control of the council.[1]

The result of the election saw the Liberal Democrats retain control of the council with no change in the number of seats they held. The Conservatives lost one seat whilst the People Against Bureaucracy group gained one.[2]
