Danny de Graaf (born 30 March 1988),[1] who performs under the stage name David Gravell, is a Dutch trance[2] DJ and music producer. He was voted for several IDMA's in 2015.[3]

David Gravell first gained recognition in 2013 for his all-destroying original "Bulldozer". He is an exclusive Armada signed artist and has already released over twenty official originals and remixes.[4]

Musical career

David Gravell first ever release was his track Fire Away. The song was delivered to W&W's Mainstage Vol. 1. After this, he quickly succeeded with a solo release; 'Bulldozer'. Heavily supported by the industry's peers, even rocking Armin van Buuren's Essential Mix on BBC1 Radio,[5] it led to many new paths of success.

Between 2013 and 2015, he had massive bangers like ‘Bulldozer’, 'Megatron', ‘Timebomb’, The Last Of Us’ and ‘Supernova’. Because of these bangers, he received the heavy support of people like Armin van Buuren, Hardwell, Tiësto, W&W, Dash Berlin, Porter Robinson and Andrew Rayel. Next to that, he also did some official remixes for names like Armin van Buuren, Dash Berlin, Tigerlily, Orjan Nilsen and Mark Sixma. Within six months, his remix for Dash Berlin's 'Man On The Run', reached over 1 million plays on Spotify!

Meanwhile, he has built a massive list of gigs the past few years. He played at a stunning four A State Of Trance Festivals in Sydney, Ibiza and Utrecht. Next to that, he had already gigs at other amazing festivals like Ultra Music Festival Miami, Creamfields, Sunburn Festival, Amsterdam Dance Event, Electronic Family, Summerfestival and Boulevard Outdoor.
