De Leon Express is a provincial bus company that mainly connects San Carlos City, Pangasinan to Cubao, Quezon City. The company uses ordinary fare buses for all its provincial trips. Bus fare in De Leon Express is considerably cheaper than Five Star or other operators servicing the route.
The main office and garage is located along MacArthur Highway in Tarlac City.
Solid North is a new bus brand operated under the license of De Leon Express under the management of JAC Liner Inc.[1]
