Description

A doombat is a giant monstrous black bat found in dismal underground caverns. This creature has a wingspan of 25-feet and flies out at night into the outer world to hunt, always attacking and seeking to kill any living thing. A doombat can bite and lash with its tail, which is lined with cruel barbs and stretches a considerable distance from the body. A doombat has a terrifying shriek of great sonic power that causes creatures who hear it to be unable to concentrate.

Other publishers

The doombat appeared under the bat entry in the Tome of Horrors (2002) from Necromancer Games.[2]
