Fabbrico is a comune (municipality) in the Province of Reggio Emilia in the Italian region Emilia-Romagna, located about 60 kilometres (37 mi) northwest of Bologna and about 25 kilometres (16 mi) northeast of Reggio Emilia. As of 31 December 2004, it had a population of 6,049 and an area of 23.0 square kilometres (8.9 sq mi).[1]
The municipality of Fabbrico contains the frazioni (subdivisions, mainly villages and hamlets) Ponte Bisciolino, Rifugio, Quattro Formagge, Righetta, San Genesio.
Fabbrico borders the following municipalities: Campagnola Emilia, Carpi, Reggiolo, Rio Saliceto, Rolo.
