Fernando Schwalb López Aldana
Fernando Schwalb López Aldana (Lima, 26 August 1916 - Lima, 22 July 2002) was twice Prime Minister of Peru (1963-1965, 1983-1984) under President Fernando Belaúnde Terry. Between 1980 and 1982, he was also ambassador to the United States.
