Fumin County (Chinese: 富民县; pinyin: Fùmín Xiàn) is a county, under the jurisdiction of Kunming, Yunnan, China.

History
In February 2007, Fumin County gained national notoriety when the local authority painted the side of a mountain green in order to "change the feng shui" of the area.[1]
