Gmina Uniejów is an urban-rural gmina (administrative district) in Poddębice County, Łódź Voivodeship, in central Poland. Its seat is the town of Uniejów, which lies approximately 14 kilometres (9 mi) north-west of Poddębice and 51 km (32 mi) north-west of the regional capital Łódź.
The gmina covers an area of 129.01 square kilometres (49.8 sq mi), and as of 2006 its total population is 7,249 (out of which the population of Uniejów amounts to 2,916, and the population of the rural part of the gmina is 4,333).
