Word is that the Hatfield square will soon include a residential building for student accommodation. Start and completion date for the project are not yet known.

As there 3 new residential student buildings going up in close proximity to the Hatfield square, namely Duncan Court on Park Street and Hatfield Studios on Burnett Street it would seem that there is some truth to this info.
